Return and refunds

  • Server Wala return policy is applicable only for the damaged and defective products. We do not accept the product for which the customer is responsible. 


  • Customers may be asked to return the product if the reverse request cannot be acknowledged due to any operational restrictions. The return shipping charges will be compensated in the form of Server Wala credits.


  • Server Wala is not liable for any in-transit product destroyed in the case when the customer shipped the product. They are solely responsible for it and claim it from their respective courier company. 


  • No cancellation or return request is acceptable on making incorrect post-delivery. All customers are requested to manually confirm the specifications/configuration requirements before placing an order. 


  • Server Wala return policy is applicable for defective or damaged products. Customer wrong selection of products comes under the optional returns. You have to charge 15% on product value. 


  • Customers can contact to the respective exclusive store service center in terms to extend the warranty period or email us at our official website [email protected]


  • Before product delivery, if customers made any cancellation request, they have to pay 15% restocking charges.


  • Return product requests made by customers are not acceptable for the post-delivery if the customer made any wrong selection of product.
