Shipping Policy

  • We Ship our hardware equipment across all the prime locations of India by reputed courier firms.

  •  When you place your order with complete specifications, we processed it by sending an email with order confirmation details. We proceed by packing the order carefully and handover to the trustworthy delivery partner.

  • Our Delivery Partner dispatches your order to you within the shortest possible working days. In such cases, when they are unable to reach or find your address on time, they will contact you directly to handover your order.

  • For rescheduling your order or delivery to any other address, you need to pay additional charges. Product delivery attempts will be made only at once. If the customer didn't execute the order during this attempt, the customer should pay for it, and re-delivery may not be possible.

  • Once your order has been dispatched from our exclusive store, you will notify via Email. You get the tracking number for your order to fetch the current status and details of your order using a tracking number.

  •  Our shipping policy includes products dispatched with estimated shipping time(working days excluding Sunday and public holidays). In case our delivery partner does not cover a specific remote location, we will notify you and send your order through speed post, which will take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location. We will update you about your order through Email.

  • We only place the order when you make online payments. Cash On Delivery is not acceptable.

  • Any shipment delay by a courier company, Server Wala is not responsible.
